How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Express repair puts your device first in line.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — every repair comes with a 90-day warranty.
Can I mail in my device for repair?
Yes. After you approve your quote, we email mail-in instructions from mail.in@tylerperezllc.com.
Do you serve areas outside South Bend, IN?
Yes — we meet locally in South Bend and surrounding counties, and anyone can use mail-in.
How do I schedule a local pickup or drop-off?
Pick a time on our Booking page. We email the meetup location from Appointments@TylerPerezLLC.com after you book.
How do I check on my repair?
Contact us and choose “Check on a repair” — we reply within one business day.
